Should you wish to return an item, we have a 14-day return policy.
How to Return?
To start a return, simply fill out the form, and we’ll reply with instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Return Conditions
1) Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
2) All tags are still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if tags have been removed.
3) Items are in their original packaging.
Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not recieved
your refund with 14 business days, please email us at customercare@theknittedsailor.com.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return your original order and place a new one. Once your
return is approved, you can purchase your replacement item separately.

How to Measure
Measurements are taken from the garment laid flat. As each piece is knitted, slight variations may occur.
Chest width – straight across the garment, 2 cm below the underarm.
Body length – measured from the highest shoulder point to the hem.
Sleeve length – measured from the highest shoulder point to the end of the cuff.
Our children’s knitwear is designed with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit and a little extra room to grow. It is intended to feel more oversized at the younger end of each size, becoming a more relaxed fit as your little one grows. Sleeves can be turned up at first and worn down over time, allowing each knit to be loved and worn across multiple seasons.
Age sizing is intended as a guide. For the best fit, we recommend comparing these product measurements with a knit your little one already wears and loves.
